The system consists of various evaporators, separators, condensers, circulating pumps, inter effect pumps, vacuum and drainage systems, steam separators, operating platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets, valves, pipelines, and other systems.
working principle
① The principle of forced circulation evaporator relies on a forced circulation pump to force the solution to pass through a heating tube at a speed of 2-5m/s in one direction for evaporation, concentration or crystallization.
② The circulation of the solution in the equipment mainly relies on the forced flow generated by external power. The circulation speed in the forced circulation evaporator can reach 1.5-3.5m/s, with high heat transfer efficiency and production capacity.
③ The raw material liquid of the forced circulation pump is pumped from bottom to top by the circulation pump and flows upward along the inner tube of the heating chamber. The mixture of steam and liquid foam enters the evaporation chamber and separates. The steam is discharged from the upper part, and the fluid is blocked and falls down. It is sucked in by the circulation pump through the conical bottom and then enters the heating tube to continue the circulation.
④ During the crystallization process, the circulation flow rate can be adjusted and special separator designs can be used to adjust the crystals and crystallize them according to the required size.
