a. The device adopts dual effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is fully utilized, resulting in significant energy-saving effects. The precision polishing inside and outside the equipment meets GMP requirements.
b. The equipment mainly consists of a second effect heater, a second effect evaporator, a defoamer, a condenser, a liquid receiving tank, etc.
c. It adopts normal/reduced pressure operation, with low evaporation temperature and fast speed. The configuration of each instrument valve is reasonable and convenient for operation.
