Purpose:
The alcohol distillation tower can remove some impurities and moisture from low concentration alcohol through distillation, and obtain alcohol with a maximum concentration of 95%, effectively improving the utilization rate of alcohol. Suitable for the recycling and reuse of dilute alcohol in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, reducing production costs.
Technical features:
1. Alcohol undergoes continuous distillation within the system to meet safety production and environmental protection requirements.
2. Stainless steel corrugated packing has a large contact area, which is more conducive to gas-liquid mass transfer.
3. Dilute alcohol is continuously added through the tower feeding plate, and the finished alcohol is continuously discharged through the cooler, with a concentration of about 95%. The waste liquid from the kettle is discharged from the tower kettle, with an alcohol concentration not exceeding 2%.
4. The raw material liquid undergoes secondary preheating to reach a gas-liquid mixture state and enters the distillation tower for distillation. This process can save about 20% energy. The alcohol recovery rate can reach 95%.
5. Reboiler is divided into single effect external heating type (vertical) and horizontal type.
6.The heating steam temperature, distillation tower top temperature, and secondary heating temperature of the raw material liquid can be automatically controlled.
